Jessica grew up in the Lebanon/ Sweet Home area. She has enjoyed family cats, dogs, horses, chickens, etc from a very young age. She worked at a veterinary clinic in Lebanon while in High School, continued to work there on and off through college and veterinary school, after school she worked there for four years as an associate veterinarian. Keri and I met Jessica and were impressed with her veterinary background, commitment to high standards, and pleasant personality. We are pleased to be working with Jessica. Besides working as a veterinarian, she is married and has many pets of her own, including a couple of horses.
MacKenzie has numerous years of experience under her belt as a certified veterinary technician. Prior to that, she worked in the human health care field then decided to attend the College of Southern Idaho to receive her certification in Veterinary Technology. She has numerous cats, a couple dogs, husband, rabbits, and maybe more hidden under the mattress. Her thoroughness, compassion, and good cheer have been a delight.
Autumn works in both customer service and as a technician in the exam, treatment, surgery, and pharmacy areas. She is the mother of twin sons, both of which are cute as can be and quite active. When she isn't busy being an integral part of our animal care team and being a loving mother of TWINS, she is studying for classes through Lane to further her education.
Melissa works primarily at the front desk. She and Kristina have become our "Rock of Gibraltar", providing stability and excellent customer service to our patients and clients. Melissa is very knowledgeable and capable of fielding an unbelievable number of veterinary related questions, and multi-tasking other duties all the while. She is originally from Southern California where she also worked in the veterinary field. Melissa is enjoying the Springfield/ Eugene area and spending time with her extended family. She especially enjoys her 2 boxers.
Stacy splits her time doing customer service and working as a technician. Her original career and education were in culinary realm. We're benefiting from her experiences because she is amazingly calm when stressed, able to multi-task quickly, and occasionally makes yummy treats. Stacy is doing a great job and becoming more and more proficient every day. She also has a new dog, cute little Corgi named Sophie.
Brandi has dabbled in the veterinary field for years. She is a busy woman, running a household, raising 2 great kids, caring for umpteen pets, and being a supportive wife. Brandi has been working in a supportive roll here, filling in and helping out. We've been fortunate to have such a capable, warm-hearted individual jumping in and working in a customer service roll or as a technician as needed.
